Odyssey Eternal is my baby, and I want to explore the different ways for it to grow outside of just a business. However, I do want to have all my bases covered with terms, rules, and guidelines. If there are any bumps and bruises, they will be updated accordingly.

* No Guarantees: We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the results or outcomes of any reading, ritual, spell, or the use of any product. My business is based in spiritual practices and this is applied to all products. 

* Professional Advice: The services and products of Odyssey Eternal are not a substitute for professional advice. They do not replace the consultation or treatment of qualified licensed professionals, including but not limited to medical doctors, psychiatrists, financial advisors, or legal counsel.

* Personal Responsibility: Any decisions made or actions taken, based on the use of our products are your sole responsibility. Odyssey Eternal assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences that may arise from any client decisions or actions. 

* Age Requirement: By purchasing any service or product, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Product-Specific Warnings (Perfumes & Teas)

* Teas and Herbals: The information provided about the traditional spiritual or energetic properties of our teas and herbals has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare professional before consuming any herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medications.

* Perfumes, Oils, and Topical Items: Always perform a patch test before using any topical product extensively. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Our products are for external use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Odyssey Eternal website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Payment

* Odyssey Eternal reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Shipping and Delivery

* Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all physical items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

* General Rule: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and energy-infused products/services, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

* Exceptions (Damaged Goods): If a physical product arrives damaged, you must notify Odyssey Eternal. Please let me know so that I can resend you anything that may be damaged. Send a message or email with a picture, and we will get everything squared away. 

* Service Refusal: Odyssey Eternal reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. If service (e.g., a tarot reading) is refused before it has begun, a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
